I read a lot of things, spanning a lot of industries (architecture, lighting, marketing, photography) in addition to system administration. Anyways, some may not be entirely tech related. If I learn something from someone I'm willing to at least scroll their post titles and decide from there - a consistent history of not gaining an opinion or insight usually means I delete the blog from google reader. - Apple Outsider (Apple-y related) - Ars Technica (Tech in general) - NY Times Bits (More tech in general) - Scott Lowe's Blog (VMware - blog.scottlowe.org) - boche.net (VMware) - Everything Sysadmin (General Sysadmin) - ignorethecode.net (UI related) - Last In - First Out (General Sysadmin) - Marco Arment's blog (Guy who wrote instapaper; I like reading what he writes) - My EtherealMind (network infrastructure) - Seth Godin's Blog (Marketing, which is not tech at all, but he ties it in with tech on occasion and it's great) - Signal Vs. Noise (Blog of 37signals. Interesting counterpoints) - Standalone Sysadmin (General Sysadmin, great content) - Steven Foskett's Blog (Storage related, usually) - The Data Center Overlords (Networking/Storage) - The Lone Sysadmin (general, virtualization) - The Networker Blog (great if you use or are in an EMC networker environment) - Yellow Bricks (virtualization related) - pc _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
