I asked this question on Reddit a while back:

http://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/n67bc/crowdsourcing_universities_that_offer_degrees_in/

There were a TON listed. I built a list in Google Docs of the ones I could
find and verify (http://goo.gl/4ygBn)

Want to work together curating the list? I have a lot of ideas how LOPSA
can provide good services to sysadmins and potential students, but that's
more a thing that needs to be developed and approved by the board. In the
meantime, we can at least maintain the list.
