Not in LA, but in the Seattle metro is Silicon Mechanics... they
sponsor the local LOPSA group here and are awesome to work with.  They
have a large customer in California that at times they've shipped
racks of servers to per day/week, so I'm sure they can help.  They
have a discount for SASAG members, I'm sure they'll do the same for
LOPSA.
