Scott,
I use the Asset Tracker plugin for Request Tracker. It works fine for
my setup.

I am not on that version (Sure would like to find the time to upgrade)
but my version does work.

My remote admins use just the AT portion to keep track of their
inventory and then when they need a replacement they can just click and
create a ticket for it. Very configurable.

One of my customers is looking for an inventory management system that
handles both in-service and out-of-service / stock inventory. They
started with Spiceworks, which gives some good information on live
systems, but doesn't address items sitting on their shelf. What have
you
found that works well? What have you come across that missed the mark?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
