Recently there was a posting on the lISA list or discuss about a job opening I believe it was for the University of Wisconsin or in Wisconsin but it was for a system administrator. It said that they were looking for a person that might even be a junior and they would train. I was looking for an archive of the lists but couldn't locate them.
