Greetings LOPSA, I'm currently in the process of compiling information for a company that I provide guidance to occcassionally who wishes to outsource their help desk operations in offices located in NJ, Long Island, and Boston. Does anybody have any recommendations of specific companies that can assist? They don't currently have a need for sr sys admin level assistance, just looking to find people that can visit their offices a couple times a week to help with desktop support type tickets.
Short of specific recommendations, does anybody have any experience with doing something of this nature? How did you find a reliable vendor? What were your overall experiences? The company is not interested in hiring any directly so that is not an option. Thanks in advance. Best, Evan
