There is nothing. The only ingredient that is natively included on all the cross-platforms is PPTP, which by many accounts is insecure, but regardless of whether or not you believe it's insecure, it works poorly. You don't get granular control (or in some cases, *any* control) over whether or not the VPN will be split-tunnel (able to route local traffic and/or internet traffic locally rather than through tunnel). The second most commonly available thing would probably be the cisco IPSec, because it has native clients in mac & linux, but not windows. Unfortunately, cisco IPSec is officially EOL and doesn't work on windows anymore. (Windows 8 and upward, no support.) I would encourage you to consider the Cisco AnyConnect. It's SSL-based, and extremely good. My personal favorite is OpenVPN, specifically, where the server is running on pfsense. Pfsense gives you the ability to very easily, in their gui, create the root CA, create the certs for each user, and deploy openvpn cert packages on a per-user basis. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
