The iPhone 5 has a bigger screen, more CPU horsepower, and the new connector (which all future iPhone/iPad accessories will have, as the 30-pin connector on the 4s & back is now deprecated.) Also, I find it's hard finding a nice case any more for the non-5 iPhone form factor... That said, I'm still very happy with my 4s, I'm running the latest iOS release and it's not sucking wind (yet.) Will probably upgrade to a 5s when that hits. (Had a 3GS before my 4s, I like the s->s upgrade path myself.)
