Has anyone ever used a third party vendor for hardware support for IBM hardware? I'm looking for reccomendations for companies that do this in the Philadelphia area. Information on general experiences with 3rd party hardware support vendors would also be valuable -- e.g. did this work out well for you? what were the biggest wins? biggest problems?
