Short answer: Yes

A general intake person may not know the terms, but they will handle it
professionally. Just like any help desk, key words can help the routing along.
You want to tell the intake person that you want to report a commercial
cybercrime to a specialist.

You can also report everything online to said specialists:

As with any debug and discovery exercise, details and specifics are key.
