At <huge nj pharma co.>, we're doing O365 support ourselves (not help
desk,  team of 4 mobility sysadmins) during pilot and early rollout.
Currently O365 is not in use enterprise-wide as of yet, but we've got about
15000 users signed up and testing through end of year. Total user base is
~40k.

As we roll out,  we're also looking at whether it'd be cheaper or easier to
buy support,  from Microsoft or third parties. We've also looked at buying
training from the same partners.

I've gotta dig around my email, as I'm home about to have surgery,  but I
should be able to pull out the 2 or 3 vendors mentioned and pros/cons by
end of day if that'd help.
