Evan, At <huge nj pharma co.>, we're doing O365 support ourselves (not help desk, team of 4 mobility sysadmins) during pilot and early rollout. Currently O365 is not in use enterprise-wide as of yet, but we've got about 15000 users signed up and testing through end of year. Total user base is ~40k.
As we roll out, we're also looking at whether it'd be cheaper or easier to buy support, from Microsoft or third parties. We've also looked at buying training from the same partners. I've gotta dig around my email, as I'm home about to have surgery, but I should be able to pull out the 2 or 3 vendors mentioned and pros/cons by end of day if that'd help. ---pam On Aug 22, 2013 2:58 PM, "Evan Pettrey" <[email protected]> wrote: > Greetings LOPSA, > > I'm seeking recommendations for a vendor that can provide 24x7 support of > Office 365.
