We've been running a local pager service for our site for over a decade, and we would like to finally retire it. Unfortunately, while the number of remaining users is low, they tend to be pretty heavy users, and the majority of the pagers are used by our facilities people for equipment monitoring. One major reason for still using pagers is that cellular reception is spotty in some of the buildings.
Does anyone have any recommendations for pager service providers that we could consider outsourcing these users to? We're in the Chicago area if that helps. Thanks!
