I occasionally hear about life-event type news from former colleagues this
way, but I don't otherwise get any benefit from it at all. I'll probably
delete my account when I have a moment.
I still find some relative benefit in it. I've worked with a number of
talented people and had opportunities come up through it. I'm not going
to close my account any time soon.
That said, I hardly actively use it either. I might check in on it once
a month, if that.
