To the List,
I use to use CrossLoop and I see now that it has been bought and taken off the
market. If you used this product, what alternative product have you migrated
over to ? Also are you only supporting Windows based customers or do you also
support Unix/Linux/MacOs ?
Secondly, if you have selected TeamViewer to now do this task, do you use it
with Zendesk or have you integrated this product into your company's support
product ?
