Originally we were doing 17kw of available power to each rack, but we recently moved down to 12kw because we just didn't need that amount of power provisioned to us for most things. They have multiple internet providers at each location and give us a blended internet connection that they manage the routing for. We currently have ~20 racks with expansion for almost double that.
