I’m thinking of it this way: I have a set of people who don’t want to use this 
[whatever the solution is] as *their* password manager. It should be plugging 
into their browser and mingling their majority of credentials with the small 
number that are used by the organization. I’m looking more for a tool to go 
look up, copy-n-paste, the credentials when people need them. So it has to be a 
thing which manages authentication/authorization of the people, and then gives 
them access to the credentials.

If I’m not making sense I can give specific use cases...

additional stuff doesn’t fit in the UI as well as I would like. Additionally, I 
am partial to real applications vs browser plugins. 

In short, UI isn’t the greatest in the world but, compared to the hassle of 
managing this stuff for users, it is tolerable.
