Best look on a field tech support guy's face: the IBM service guy who
opened the closet to look at our failed 3270 terminal controller and
realized he needed to make a new 8" floppy to boot it. He was, of
course, carrying a then-modern laptop with a 3.5" floppy drive.

I left him to his devices, and two hours later he'd scrounged what he
needed and made the 8" disk. We switched to 3270 emulation the next year.
