Folks, I've been asked to draft a first pass of a data privacy policy for work, which I expect will then likely go through a legal review and cleanup. We're a cloud platform/service provider.
What do you look for, to see covered? Things not usually covered but which bug you because they're not, or things covered particularly well some place, which make you happy? What have you seen that made you angry or upset?
