yeup. I'm glad! Usenix has the resources, and the experience (eg, ;Login:) to do it. Also, their doing it means LOPSA won't be distracted into trying to do it. ("distracted" because LOPSA does not have the resources to do it well.)
My second thought was: It would be neat if LOPSA formed some ad hoc committees to draft papers for submission. Imagine LOPSA drafting a best-practices paper and publishing it in the first JESA edition.
