I would say if you really don't believe in the organization, then walk away and let it grow or die on the sweat of those that still care. Sometimes walking away is best for everyone involved. > > I don't think that anyone will argue that there are improvements that need to be made. There are a ton of projects that need to get done. But, honestly I believe that they can get done, and we can improve. I wouldn't be on the board if I didn't believe that.
I just want to be on the record that I have no desire to see LOPSA fail, much the opposite really. My displeasure with recent activities is because I believe LOPSA isn't doing enough of the right things to ensure our success. It's important that these things come to surface periodically to remind the board there are people who actually care and are keeping them in check. A governing body without any fear of recourse or who do not care to do what's best for their constituents is a government on a crash course. I believe in our mission and want nothing more than leadership who can realize that mission. > > > > _______________________________________________ > Discuss mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss > This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators > http://lopsa.org/ >
