I use Moba xTerm from our Windows VDI to manage saved sessions but it's
overkill for many. For me the advantages are having a folder tree organization
of sessions, being able to have multiple kinds of sessions, mostly ssh and RDP,
managed in the same place, and a built-in X server that is much more robust
than our previous one (Xming.) Those features make more sense in an environment
of a hosting arm of a software firm with about 100 customers who each have
1-100 systems (typically 5-10 each.)

There's a lot that can be automated, but you need to be able to quantify the
problem first.

I'd suggest checking if your subscription to this list has somehow been set to
not send you mail; I have a feeling that you'll have more questions.
