Querying these views can have a noticeable performance impact on a
production server.
Can anyone, MariaDB developers or users with operating experience, say
something meaningful about said 'performance impact'? I've queried these
views a couple times and noticed no performance impact, and the query
was done in less than a second (buffer pool of about 2 GiB).
