Hi, I just googled for a minute and found that OVH apparently offers a VPS with 4 vCPU and 8GB RAM for $5.61/mo [1]. I do not know what other requirements you have, but I guess that could do for you. And there are probably many more vendors with more reasonable pricing, if you dig a bit.
