Hello, I am seeing the same issue across multiple servers, with MariaDB versions ranging from 10.6 to 11.4.
It appears that repository configurations using https://downloads.mariadb.com as the baseurl have been broken for some time now. These configurations were generated by the official mariadb_repo_setup script, so this may affect other users as well.
