I think the issue is (paraphrasing Casey here) ask.opendaylight.org is somewhat disconnected from the other communication channels we have (mostly e-mail) and it would be nice if we could better attach it, e.g., have an e-mail-to-ask gateway that would post questions to the right mailing lists and maybe interpret replies as answers.
