The Change [1] was merged on a busy day two weeks ago already;
I have only moved the Weather item [2] to History today.

Subject: RE: [OpenDaylight Discuss] [Weather] [int/dist] distribution-karaf to
inherit from karaf-parent

For a while, -1 by me was applied to [1],
but that was just a mistake.
It was intended for a similar but unrelated change [3],
and a workaround was found anyway.

Subject: [OpenDaylight Discuss] [Weather] [int/dist] distribution-karaf to
inherit from karaf-parent

The $subject change was not planned
as an official deliverable for Boron;
but it got done anyway,
as having to port patches [0] is not fun.

See the change [1] for yourself.
Results of test-integration look good for me;
but as this has a potential to break users,
a Weather event was added [2].

As stated there, expected merge date is in two weeks.
