Greetings Folks, Rackspace has been getting a lot of alarms on on private cloud today and it's apparently tripped into a bad situation. At present no new instances are able to be brought online for some reason. I've got Rackspace looking into it, but in the mean time I've put Jenkins into quiet / shutdown mode so that it doesn't exacerbate the issue.
