The good thing about teal box is that we have a physical opnfv box to show people, but that is probably all the advantages to use it than through a sandbox remotely. Question is: Do we have a sandbox environment somewhere that we can leverage for the demo or we need to build such a environment? I would like to build a demo platform that we can add demo cases to it and re-use the env. Blades were randomly rebooting, and Dan Radez from Redhat was not able to complete the OPNFV Apex installation. If he cant get it to work, then I doubt anybody could. Looks like it had some serious HW issues. Heather Kirksey said she would send it back to the seller to get fixed. If she has done that already then great, if not, I doubt we'll be able to use it. Anil mentioned that he is working on one for OpenStack, I think OVSDB, GBP, SFC will have its own demo for OpenStack as well. My immature thoughts are: leverage the OPNFV teal box, which has OpenStack, ODL, Fuel and Opnfv software installed, we integrate ODL demos into this setup. Detail steps will be: 1) Working with Opnfv Pharos project to setup the teal box. 2) Upgrade ODL to latest Boron release. 3) Adding demos to the box one by one Like to know your thoughts and suggestions on this plan.
