Major topics covered included: * Kicking off the Oxygen release with a release plan here: https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Simultaneous_Release:Oxygen_Release_Plan * Making Tom Pantelis a committer on the TSDR project * Review the status of the Nitrogen release (it seems like we have a good shot at having a no-blocker build by Monday) * We will have the next TSC elections starting on 10/25 with a 2-week nomination period followed by a 2-week voting period concluding with a newly elected TSC on 11/22 exactly 1 year after the last one.
