The TSC met on Thursday, April 5, 2018 and covered a number of topics.
Detailed minutes here:

http://meetings.opendaylight.org/opendaylight-meeting/2018/tsc/opendaylight-meeting-tsc.2018-04-05-16.58.html

Main topics and decisions:

   - Linux Foundation IT staff decision to stop support on mailman and to
migrate all LF projects to Groups.io
      - The TSC was not pleased with the fact that projects like ODL have
no say in these kind of infra decisions & Daniel will bring it
up with the
LFN TAC and the governing board.
      - Point to note - this is an LF decision not an LFN decision.
         - A point Abhijit noted in the meeting (but did not capture in the
meeting minutes): this being an LF decision rather than LFN
decision is
very similar to end user software tools/apps choices being
updated by the
IT department of a big company without getting approval from
the individual
business units. However, it will be not acceptable to have
this (mailman to
Groups.io) as a precedent being set where ODL is forced to
migrate from
tools it is using to other tools.
      - TSC approved COE, NetVirt, LISP & SFC to be managed projects.
   - TSC acknowledges the concern raised that "unmanaged project" may have
a negative connotation for projects which decide to not be "managed" - and
will come up with an alternate term. In the meeting the alternate term
coined was "self managed" but it is possible we may change this term to
   something else.
