The TSC met on Thursday, April 26, 2018 and covered a number of topics.
Detailed minutes here:

First of all we welcomed our new release manager Ariel Adam to his first
online TSC meeting (he had participated in the in-person TSC meeting at the
ONS in Los Angeles. Apart from that, the highlight of the discussion was
the weather process & how to ensure things do not stay broken by changes in
the upstream. Current plan is to try the following:

   - The multi patch job along with a fast project build (-Pq option)
   - If that does not work Michael will try some tooling changes to
be executed before weather item changes are merged in
   - Keep weather items in JIRA but work to add notifications to the
   release mailing list
   - The release manager will use both email (if necessary) and JIRA to
   track down the projects.

Also discussed were the new weather items themselves - check the Fluorine
release dashboard:
https://jira.opendaylight.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10303

In particular, the Fluorine MD-SAL breakage windows were discussed. The
timeline will be planned after we have a better idea of weather item
tooling - hopefully next week meeting.

*We WILL require projects to add patches to support the MD-SAL changes - so
projects should pay a close attention to changes & timelines & plan
accordingly.*

 Regards,
Abhijit
