The TSC met on Thursday, May 3, 2018 and covered a number of topics. Detailed minutes here:

We have agreed to have a deadline for TSC-100 to be May 17 and will check on the status then. However we still have to get a bit of closure on the weather process as a full agreement was not present - if folks think, we may want to use the upcoming TWS for the sake of finishing this discussion.
