Parul, did you look at Tim's dlux and dlux-apps branches to see what changes he made to get dlux to compile for fluorine? [1] and [2] are the branches.
Other question is you mentioned odlparent 4.0.9. That means you are trying master (sodium) branch and not fluorine. [3] is what we use for fluorine and [4] is master. Tim's work to get dlux to compile was on fluorine so I would start there. Look at Tim's patches, then use the right versions which should look more like [3] - and not [4].
