we've been asked many times when the next cooking in Essen, at the
Unperfekthaus, will take place.
Thanks for your interest, we're glad so many people are interested! :-)
In fact, we're planning to host a second cooking this year in Essen,
probably in the fourth quarter. However, Essen is quite a ride for us,
about 650 km, and we just had another great cooking in Munich, so we
need some summer break before we go on. :-)
As for a date and time: We can only get approval at Unperfekthaus two
weeks in advance. What we will do is, as soon as our availability is
clear for the fourth quarter, issue a Doodle poll to ask for preferred
dates and see if we can get the Unperfekthaus room then. But, as said,
we can only fix it two weeks in advance.
That being said, we're proud and honoured that you want us to come
again. Unperfekthaus was a very special place to be, and for sure this
January's cooking there wasn't the last one. :)
