I suggest sending individual invitations to each chapter asking if they will be presenting at foss4g.

Just a reminder - our OSGeo annual meeting page is pretty blank. Anyone
interested in giving a talk should sign up soon. Or else add any topic for
further discussion. If we aren't running the guantlet of presentations this
year, we will have lots of time for discussion - that'd be neat.

Hope to see you there.

Hi all, As usual we'll be holding our OSGeo Annual General Meeting (AGM) during
the FOSS4G event, this time in Sydney on the October 21st following the
main event.

In previous years we've packed it pretty tight - getting as many smiling
faces in front of the fans as possible. This year I'd like to take a
slightly different approach to help maximize time a bit better.

Since most software projects will have a good chance to present at
FOSS4G I'd like to focus on local chapters, committees and sponsors to
present. If we get too many then I will probably pull back a bit on one
of those groups as well.

That said, if you'd like to share a few slides (4-5 max) on your
committee, chapter, or from an OSGeo sponsor - please add yourself to
the wiki. The program will still be tight, so each person will likely
only have 2-3 minutes... yes, it's the OSGeo Lightning AGM ;-)

For those projects who are not presenting elsewhere in the conference, I
will make a sign-up list for projects to meet at the OSGeo booth - then
interested folks can come by at the selected time. There is also the
Demo Theatre which will be available to show off stuff.

You are also welcome to add any questions or discussion point
suggestions to the wiki page.
