Simon, Thank you for the hard work you have put into summarizing the copyright issues related to OSGeo content. I have a personal goal of preparing some articles and tutorials related to FOSS geospatial software. I didn't give enough consideration to the licensing of the (1) tutorial text, (2) screenshots of software, and (3) geospatial data used in the tutorial. In some other cases we might need to consider licensing of another tutorial component, the source code presented and discussed in an article.
