I cannot attend the foss4g but will be in Denver for OSM's State of the Map. I am very interested to learn more about what the local chapters in other countries are doing as we start organizing our own in the Philippines. Is the AGM still part of the conference? Do I still need to register to the conf to attend the AGM/local chapter lighnitng talks?
