Hi, till the topic is hot, I tried to setup wiki page with first version of some structure of the Conference Cookbook [1]. I think, mediawiki namespaces would be good on this place, but not sure, I've started to use them well ... any hint?
I would like to work on it during next weeks, I hope, everybody who has to say to the topic something, will do so in the wiki.
