-jeff OSGeo President -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Subject: [General Info] OSGeo and GIS Day at the Capitol in Oklahoma City, OK Date: Wed, 20 Feb 2013 12:18:13 -0500 (EST) From: shellie.willoug...@conservation.ok.gov Reply-To: shellie.willoug...@conservation.ok.gov To: i...@osgeo.org Category: General Info My name is Shellie Willoughby and I am in charge of coordinating a GIS event in Oklahoma City. I was inquiring to see if OSGeo would be interested in having a booth at our free GIS event in Oklahoma City, OK on March 14 from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm? We set up 30 state and local agency displays on the 4th floor rotunda of our State Capitol building and allow private agencies to set up on the 2nd floor. Currently I have Esri, Google and Intergraph scheduled to attend. I would love to have an Open Source company there as well so people could see what is available from an Open Source perspective. We typically have between 200 – 250 GIS people in attendance throughout the day. Please let me know if you would be interested or would like more information. You can also check out our website to see who had participated in years’ past. http://www.okmaps.onenet.net/GIS_day.htm Thanks for the consideration!
