Hi Just, I think, http://inspire-foss.org is great point for the start, gives nice overview about possible solution of the SDI problem. Stelt.org seems also be very nice.
There is one change: it's not going to be presentation, but only a poster, which changes things a bit. I have no clue, how to approach than. Anyway, we keep in touch via mailing list.
