I totally support Jorge's nomination.

He is a restless spanish speaking OSGeo advocate, always contributing and
persuading us to participate in virtually any initiative I can think of.

Intellectually eager, with a sound GFOSS ecosystem knowledge and excellent
human qualities, he would surely be a valuable OSGeo board member.
