Does anyone know of a charter or code of responsible behaviour for organisations that make use of open source technology?
I’m thinking of a list of do’s and don’t’s that would help managers in user organisations to understand that while the software may be free from a license fee there is a community ecosphere that needs to be supported. Cheers ______ Steven
