Hi dear CRO,
I would like to nominate the following persons for OSGeo Charter members :
Etienne Delay
Etienne is president of the French OSGeo
local chapter. He participated to the organization of the French
opensource geospatial events in the last years (with success)
Vincent
PS I took the liberty to slightly modify Vincent's text. In his original
text, Vincent nominated several members but until now we don't have all
the confirmations from nominees.
