Another good news to share on accelerating open innovation and saving taxpayers 
money. White House have released for public comment a draft policy to support 
improved access to custom software code developed for the Federal Government.As 
part of the Second Open Government Partnership National Action Plan, the White 
House policy would "require new software developed specifically for or by the 
Federal Government to be made available for sharing and re-use across Federal 
agencies."
