Hi Nikos,
I would like to create a core group composed mostly by (but not restricted to)
charter members to steer the project. Therefore, even if you are not able to
contribute much, you can always help with knowledge and decision making.
Over the weekend I will create a GitHub group and a project to start drafting
procedures and the templates. Once that is done I will address the board for
the support.

is this open to anyone (OSGeo members at least)? I'd like to be able to
follow this, though not very regularly.
