The Sensor Web Community announces a new version of the 52°North SOS.
The 4.3.8 release fixed several bugs, updated the REST API and added
support for PostgreSQL 9.6.x.
Download Version 4.3.8:

which contains sources and binaries, as well as the Sensor Web

Updates and fixes include:
* Updated REST-API to current version 1.9.0
* Added offering as optional field to series table
* Added support for PostgreSQL 9.6.x
* Fixed listing of deleted procedures in Capabilities
* Fixed clear database feature
* Fixed WaterML 2.0 TVP enoding for phenomenonTime with time period
