I second the nomination of Jack Reed.
His contributions are indeed very valuable

Dear CROs,
I have the great pleasure to nominate Jack Reed (pjr...@stanford.edu):
Jack works as a geospatial web engineer on increasing access to
geospatial data at the Stanford Libraries. A contributor to
open-source software, Jack is active in the geospatial, library, and
open data communities. He is co-founder of the GeoBlacklight and
OpenGeoMetadata open source projects which aim to provide better
geospatial data discovery tools and metadata sharing.
Jack frequently attends FOSS4G conferences and was part of this years
spontaneous BoF for data librarians at FOSS4G Boston.
I believe Jack will be a very valuable charter member for OSGeo.
Best regards,
Peter
