Just sharing news that there is a problem with a delay in sending emails
from the OSGeo mail server (https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2001).
If this message makes it to you, you can follow along in that ticket for
updates. (some reports on this happened Friday, but the problem has
gotten much worse now, 12+ hour delays)
