After a successful Open-Earth-Monitor Workshop in 2023<https://earthmonitor.org/gw2023/>, the Open-Earth-Monitor project is pleased to invite you to the Global Workshop 2024<https://earthmonitor.org/global-workshop-2024/>, at Laxenburg, Austria, co-organized by the International Institute for Applied System Analysis (IIASA<https://iiasa.ac.at/>) and the Open Geo Hub foundation<https://opengeohub.org/>. This year, the conference is titled 'From EO data to policy impact: open EO data in support of environmental, biodiversity and climate policies', and during each of the days we will have specific emphasis on the following topics: * Forest and Biodiversity, * Soil, Water and Agriculture, and * Climate and Health; The hybrid conference will take place from October 2nd to 4th 2024 and will host a variety of sessions, from keynote presentations to oral talks, workshops, and poster presentations.
