I agree, promoting is always a good idea. However, I think this should be
optional because not all folks running a Plumi site might want it.
The question then is whether it should be enabled or disabled per default?
I am not sure yet as to what might be better ...
Has somebody ever tried to create some sort of hook for the buildout that
might ask for such things e.g. "Do you want your site to help promote
Plumi [y/n]"
